Building Contractors United helped design this home for Craig Cozza of Cozza Enterprises, then built the entire project from the ground up, from site work through final finishes. Because BCU was involved from the design stage, the same team that planned the structure carried it all the way to completion.
The home combines a stone and steel exterior with a full-height indoor sports court framed in exposed structural steel. The interior carries the same language: floating timber stairs on a steel stringer, open-concept living, and a covered patio that opens onto the pool deck.
